My husband loves them.These are actually really good looking mugs. I bought a couple of sets and replaced all my mismatched mugs. The texture and appearance have a nice quality to them. Sort of tricky to hold when they are full, but that’s because there’s a ton of coffee in the the thing.Cups came well protected against breakage. Handles do not get hot in the microwave, which is important to me. They are very similar to Starbuck cups in looks but without the logo. Love this purchase.I was looking for something similar to my 20 ounce Starbucks mugs that have been well used and well loved. I found these on Amazon, read the good reviews, and decided to purchase a set of four.GREAT decision! My husband and I love these mugs! They keep our coffee warm, are easy to hold, don't drip coffee down the side after taking a sip, and clean up well. They are matte on the outside (which I thought would hold stains but they don't) and shiny glazed on the inside. They are very easy to clean and, so far, we have seen no staining inside or out.We will be purchasing more as our Starbucks mugs continued to chip and crack. To be honest, I think I like these Smilatte 20 ounce mugs better than the Starbucks 20 ouncers!We are very pleased with this purchase of 4 black Smillatte ceramic 20 oz coffee mugs. We are able to use our Mr. Coffee silicone lids on them as well, which is a nice bonus. Since there is no rim on the top edge, it stretches the lid a bit, but doesn't drip, so that's great. The handles really are spacious enough for "dad hands" and they stay cool in the microwave. The only con is that they are a bit heavy, but thats an acceptable trade off for a nice sturdiness. These are a good value.These 20oz mugs are fantastic quality. Nice and heavy and a delight to use.Perfect for filling with ice and then pouring hot espresso in and cooling it down to perfection.I've had a set for about 18 months and just a second set for our lake place.Really like the mugs, will be perfect for my project, but one was broken on arrival. Have submitted a replacement. Hope the next set are intact. The mug handles are deep so will be nice for large hands. It does have a matte finish. Going to work great I think for craft vinyl/HTV. So far has been an easy return procedure, will see how it ends up. Figures crossed they work great for crafting too.This oversized mug checks all of the boxes!The black mugs are rich in color! First glass item I've ordered online as I've always been concerned about receiving broken items. Happy to say they arrived a day early and 100% intact. Not super easy to hold, they are just a bit bigger than I was expecting, but I've gotten use to them quickly. Keeps my hot beverages super hot like a mug does. Glad I finally found large mugs that weren't white or clear or with some absured pattern or graphic. Thank you!These were simply beautiful when they arrived, and were early!
