This cup came on the earliest date it could come, which I'm grateful for because it's a Christmas gift. The cup was well wrapped/protected, came unbroken (thanks Liam. Wonderful job packaging it!). There is no bad smell or any kind of smell at all. It's not dirty (looks clean and presentable). There are no spelling mistakes. On 1 side there's the famous quote, and on the other side there's a nice design. The cup looks great and is a great gift. However, it is small. For the price, I expected more. I didn't pay attention to the measurements given. That being said, if you're looking for a gift for someone who loves tea and mystery books, the cup is perfect. BTW, the customer is given the first name of the person who packaged things for them; that's how I know it was Liam.
